home sweet home?

so rob and i have been looking around for some property. we've found a couple different places, but keep coming back to this one. it's 60 acres, and has a couple stock ponds, and a 5 acre lake. and an existing house that we could live in while we build, and then redo for a guest house...

i also has an existing covered picnic area with electricity and water, and a bathroom, out on the far side of the lake. and it is already fenced, including the fencing used when rounding up the cattle for market.
