So I have been having some problem with my bread since I started the new package of yeast. I wasn't sure if it was me being impatient, or actually the yeast, but I just cant get it to rise the way I want it to. I made bread last night anyway - but I already know it wont be my best loaves.
Last night I was setting the oven to auto-clean when I saw in our directions that there is a proofing setting on our oven. Sets it for 100 degrees.... needless to say, I will be using that feature from now on... :)
I'll keep you posted as to whether it makes a difference or not.
