So - out of bread

Well, last night when I got home I noticed that one of my loaves of bread had some blue fuzzy stuff on it. And while I am sure that it is all organic, I decided to toss it out. Which made me sad since I MADE the bread!! but I guess that means I will have to make more. Can I freeze the loaves when I am done? Or should I just give away one loaf. Since we are eating about 1 loaf a week and I was making 2... I guess I will make more tonight and then freeze it. I know you can freeze store bought, so I don't know why this would be different? AAAAH!
